What payment methods can I use?

Cami uses an independent payment system called PayFast.

PayFast accepts payments on credit and cheque cards for both Mastercard and Visa as well as providing an instant EFT function. Payment can be completed by using any of these methods.

Why is my credit card payment not going through?

Check that the card number, card name and expiry date are entered exactly as per the front of your card. Also ensure that the three-digit CVC number on the back of your card is entered correctly.

How is my payment secured?

All payments and transactions made online at https://www.cami.co.za are managed by an independent payment system called PayFast. PayFast is a payment processing service for websites. PayFast enables the easy, secure and instant transfer of money between online buyers and sellers.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order. Simply add the items you would like to buy to your basket. When you are done shopping, you can proceed to checkout. At the checkout page you will be required to provide your details and delivery address. You will then be redirected to a 100% secure webpage to complete the payment.

Which shipping option should I choose?

There are two delivery options available:

  • Free delivery – This option makes the software available immediately and it can be downloaded from a link that will be sent via email. We suggest that you select this option if you have a fast and reliable internet connection. Each program is approximately 600 MB.
  • Flat rate delivery of R200 – This option is recommended for anyone who does not have a reliable internet connection. A USB stick will be delivered to your preferred delivery address with a copy of the software you have purchased. This option is only available to South African customers.
